Instructions to prepare:
1. Take them out of the freezer and defrost fish for 30 minutes
2. Heat flat pan with 2 tablespoons of oil, keep flame on medium heat
3. When one side is lightly golden, turn side after 3 to 4 minutes
4. When the other side is lightly golden, see if it is properly cooked from inside
Tawa Fish should be ready in 8 minutes of grilling on the pan
