Instructions to prepare:
1. Take them out of the freezer and instantly fry them
2. Deep fry on medium heat in a flat-deep pan (2 fillets at a time only)
3. When one side is lightly golden, lift them up for 10 seconds in Air (out of oil)
4. When the other side is lightly golden, lift them up in the air for 5 seconds
Mahi Mahi Fish should be ready in 5 to 6 minutes of frying.
