How to prepare

• Take the potato cutlets out of the freezer and heat a pan.
• Shallow fry them on medium heat until they turn a light golden color on both sides.
• Insert a toothpick to check if they are soft in the center.
• Remove them from the pan and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
