Where are we located?

We are based out of Canal View Housing Society, Lahore.

Where do you guys deliver?

We deliver our fresh frozen products to almost all areas of Lahore.

(Some areas that are outside our delivery radius will be served through courier service. Courier charges will be paid by the customer, and payment for the food will be made online.)

What is you delivery mode?

We deliver your products ourselves to ensure control on quality & hygiene

What are your delivery charges?

Rs 200 flat delivery charges in Lahore.

Is there a minimum order of delivery?

Yes. Rs 1,200.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on the order size, it may take at least 1 to 2 working days to deliver your order.

What precautionary measures do we take regarding hygiene?

  1. We monitor staff temperature regularly to ensure your order is prepared by healthy individuals.
  2. We deliver ourselves and have not outsourced delivery to keep control over quality & hygiene.
  3. Alcohol swabs are provided with each order for extra precaution.
  4. Our staff prepares your order after washing their hands with soap. They are wearing gloves and facemasks while packaging and delivering it as well.
  5. The kitchen floor, cabinets & preparation slabs are cleaned around the clock to ensure every order is prepared in a neat & tidy environment, just like we would serve it to our family members.

What payment methods are available?

  1. Digital payments through debit or credit card
  2. Cash on delivery
  3. Pay directly through an Online Bank Transfer
  4. Redemption of Qzeen points earned

What are Qzeen Points? How do you earn them? How do you redeem them?

Qzeen points are reward points which you earn by shopping on our website. 

For every 100 rupees you spend on the Qzeen website as a registered user, you will earn 1 Qzeen Point.

You can redeem them at the point of checkout. Please note: Qzeen Points cannot be redeemed against delivery charges.

How can I submit a complaint?

Please share your order number along with pictures, written details of the issue, and a few pieces of the product for examination so our team can properly investigate and assist you promptly.
