For the longest of time, Qzeen Family had been contemplating the addition of peri peri bites to the menu. Being a widely acknowledged and appreciated product, would have not done justice, had we launched it without proper planning, ensuring our sources are trusted and reliable, and last but not least, the taste has to be out of this world!

After months and months of trying to find a permanent source for the chilies coupled with experiments done in the Qzeen Kitchen to arrive at a quality that would make your taste buds dance, we finally launched Qzeen's peri peri bites in Lahore, this Eid. Thanks to the overwhelming response from our customers, we can proudly say that this product has become one of our most selling products on our website. Currently, we are providing the bites in Lahore only since it's a frozen product.

The delicious golden brown peri bite, melts in your mouth with the first bite after being fried in fresh oil. The delightful combination of cheese sauce oozing out of the hot chilies adds a great sweet flavor to the Chilies when combined with our peri peri dip. The best part about them is that they are so easy to make. Follow the steps below to enjoy Qzeen’s Peri Bites:

1. Heat fresh oil in a pan on medium flame
2. Take out the Qzeen’s Peri Bites from the freezer only once the oil has been heated
3. Toss them in the pan for frying (straight out of the freezer)
4. Allow each side to fry for about 3-4 minutes
5. Take the chilies out of the pan and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes to remove excess oi
