Qzeen’s Homemade Beef Seekh Kebabs

Grandma’s instructions to cook:

1. Take the kebabs out of the freezer to defrost
2. Pan fry them with a few drops of oil and 3 tablespoons of water on low flame
3. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes
4. Remove on tissue paper when golden brown
