Chicken Seekh Kebab by Qzeen Homemade:
Talking about Qzeen’s best products and not naming the Chicken Seekh Kebab would be highly disappointing. A product, which requires minimal effort to prepare, such that anyone standing in front of the stove, either a nine-year-old or a ninety-year-old, could easily prepare it! Thousands of these kebabs have been served to countless families living in Lahore and it would not be wrong to say that each and every household, simply loves it!
They are a delicious appetizer made with ground minced chicken and a handful of spices. They are silky and smooth and could be eaten at any time of the day with any meal. To enjoy and savor the kebabs, it is advisable to have it with a side of chutney, because chutney magnifies the flavor of these kebabs and this combination has been enjoyed by many people across history, two seekh kababs with a side of chutney and a piece of bread makes a complete meal for one. Hence, this dish and specifically this combination have remained one of the famous dishes of all time.
The Chicken Seekh Kebab is made in Qzeen’s Kitchen, in an environment that is hygienic. To ensure that principles of hygiene are being followed, its making is monitored by none other than Qzeen’s Founder. Boneless chicken of the best quality is minced in a chopper. Then the required quantities of herbs, spices, onion, egg, coriander, green chili and a few other secret ingredients are mixed with the minced chicken. The mixture is then choppered and made into balls of fifty grams or more which is then further shaped into these kebabs that our customers love to have.
Twelve frozen kebabs are then packed carefully in a box, ready to be delivered by Qzeen’s personal rider, who makes sure that it reaches your doorstep in its finest condition, so you can enjoy them at your own convenience.
Now that’s our side of the execution. But there are two key remaining steps that need to be executed on your side. “How do you prepare them” & “What are some unique ways of eating them”. Let’s not forget that it’s our Grandmother’s recipe, therefore we should follow our Grandma’s instruction to cook chicken seekh kebab:
- Take the kebabs out of the freezer to defrost,
- Pan fry them with a few drops of oil and 3 tablespoons of water on low flame,
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes,
- Remove on tissue paper when golden brown.
Rolling Qzeen’s Chicken Seekh Kebabs in a paratha, adding mayonnaise, ketchup, and some vegetables, is one of my children’s favourite way of eating it. But there are countless other ways of using this product. One could have it with plain butter on toast or cut it into small pieces and make a sandwich of it or even a burger. You could even eat it solo. The basic idea is that we should keep on experimenting with different methods of eating and creating unique dishes. Qzeen’s kebabs will help you achieve that.
