Chicken meatballs (koftay) is a sophisticated delicacy, varying in taste and texture, depending on the region it hails from. Qzeen’s Chicken koftay are appetizing and easy to prepare, making it one of the most loved products by our customers.  Made from minced chicken, mixed with a number of herbs and spices. The mixture undergoes two rounds of choppering and is then perfectly shaped into a ball that weighs 55+ grams each. They are then half-done and are put to sleep in the freezer.

Preparing Qzeen’s Chicken Koftay (Meatballs) is as easy as counting one, two, three. As stated above, it is already half done and frozen. While preparing your dish, prepare the masala and put the Chicken Koftay (Meatballs) into the pan and let them cook on low heat for 1 hour until they are soft and moist.  When they are soft, take them out and use them in any dish you like!
